Why Lending Institutions Would Extend Instant Payday Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Kum_Martin]Kum Martin Money is always a problem for most people. Many employees all over the United States will usually find themselves in a tight financial situation in between paydays, due to some unexpected expenses and other forms of emergencies. In answer of this need for instant cash; there are many banks and lending institutions that extend instant payday loan to employees. When you say instant loan, it means that your loan application gets approval even without the benefit of credit checking and credit scoring. Why would banks and financial institutions grant instant payday loans? The salaries of employees serve as collateral for the payday loan therefore a payday loan is actually a guaranteed loan. This means there is a certain source of fund backing up the loan. Salaries of employees are constant every month, so the bank and the lending institutions would not really have much difficulty collecting payments for payday loans. The good thing about payday loans is that almost all employees can get such a loan, even if they have bad credit history or they do not have credit history at all. In most instances, banks and lending institutions offering payday loans do not even conduct credit checks on borrowers, and would grant instant loans to all employed applicants. Payday loans are ideal for those situations where you suddenly find yourself in need of money and your regular payday is still days away. In cases where you desperately need money, but you do not have a good credit standing to help you get other types of loans in such a short period of time, payday loans could be the answer to your problem. Lawn Care – Decorating your Lawn with Rock Gardens

By Terry Blackburn GARDENS If you do not want to create a flower garden, you can create a rock garden instead. Rock gardens may seem simple to set-up, but you will still have to weed and keep other debris from ruining the look of the garden. If you have rocky gardens, you will benefit from a rock garden. In order to create a rock garden, you will need: Rocks Rake Sand or mulch Vine plants When designing you garden, you should draw a map that should include the size of the garden, and placement of the rocks and other items. When building your rock garden, you should follow these simple instructions: Clear the area of rocks, weeds, grass and other debris that may be on the ground. You can choose to till the soil or just let it be. You will have to wed the area even after you place the rocks. Find rocks of different sizes. You can find them in your yard, in someone elses yard, at the park, or while traveling. You should use a variety of different rocks that are also different colors. If you want, you can buy different colored gravel and create a small Zen-like rock garden. Place your rocks the way you want in the area. Add mulch if you will be planting vines or plants. Hearty vines and plants will look great in your rock garden. Clear your rock garden of weeds as soon as you see growth. This will make clearing them easier. Rock gardens can be fun, whimsical, and creative. You can build a rock garden that will also serve as a drainage system for your lawn. A dry creek bed will make the perfect rock garden and also keep water from clogging the soil in your yard. Build the drainage system at the bottom of a slope and dig a small trench. You can decorate the trench with rocks as well. If you do not like traditional landscaping, you can try a rock garden. They are inexpensive and easy to set up. You will have to weed, but thats about it. Many people who do not want a lawn that they have to take care of every day will create large rock gardens. They are decorative and functional at the same time. Terry Blackburn. Internet Marketing Consultant, living in South Shields in the North-East of England. Dreams and Depression: Was Sigmund Freud Correct?

By Gabe Mirkin, M.D. Sigmund Freud was one of the most influential people of the 20th century. He claimed that depression and anxiety are influenced by factors that affect us in childhood, and that interpreting dreams can lead us to the childhood causes. He felt that psychotherapy could make emotionally sick people heathy by getting them to understand that what happens in childhood can cause them to develop depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. For 50 years, Freud was one of the most revered scientists on earth. Then scientists discovered neurotransmitters, chemicals that pass messages from one nerve to another. They found that people who hallucinate and are not able to think clearly are schizophrenic because their brains make too much dopamine or glutamate; that people are depressed because their brains make too little norepinephrine and serotonin; that people who shake with Parkinsons disease do so because their brains make too little dopamine; and that people who lose their ability to reason and remember because they suffer from Alzheimers disease have too little acetyl choline. So now these diseases are treated with drugs that raise or lower brain levels of neurotransmitters. Drugs, like Mirapex, raise dopamine levels to treat Parkinsons disease. Drugs such a Paxil, Prozac, and Zoloft to raise brain levels of serotonin and treat depression. Modern psychiatrists know that you cannot treat chemical depression, schizophrenia or anxiety just with talking. You treat mental disorders with drugs to correct abnormal brain levels of neurotransmitters. But wait a minute. Because today psychiatrists treat depression, anxiety and schizophrenia with drugs, doesn’t mean that Freud was wrong. Psychiatrists cannot talk people out of mental disease, but new scientific marvels called pet scans, electroencephalograms, MRIs and so forth show why Freud was right. When you go to sleep at night, your eyes are still. After a while, your eyes dart from side to side rapidly. This is called Rapid Eye Movement sleep or REM for short, and during REM you have dreams. If you wake up, you can report your dreams, but if you try to remember your dream a few hours later, you usually cant. During REM sleep, the part of your brain that governs emotions and visual imagery are activated, while the part of you brain associated with rational thought and reasoning are turned off. So dreams may uninhibit you so you can think about things that may be too painful to think about when you are awake. Or dreams may allow you to discover things about yourself that you would never tell directly to anyone, let alone your doctor. So, 100 years after Freud published his Interpretation of Dreams, we can see that he may be right because dreams can be a clue to why we feel depressed, anxious and may reason poorly. But psychotherapy, by itself, has not been shown to be an effective treatment for most cases of depression, anxiety or schizophrenia. On the other hand, psychotherapy plus medication is more effective than medication alone to treat anxiety and depression. Psychotherapy can help people cope better with their problems and interpreting dreams can help them understand why they are what they are. Even though many theories proposed by Freud one hundred years ago appear to be wrong, Freud remains one of the most brilliant contributing intellectuals of the 20th century. Top 5 Red Flags Of Diet Scams

By Nancy Hill Have you wasted valuable time and money trying to lose weight? Then tried again and again? One thing Americans know how to do is market. The desire for quick and easy weight loss has created an ideal opportunity for modern-day snake oil salespeople to pick your pockets by selling magical diet products. One minute youre innocently reading the newspaper and the next minute you find yourself ordering a sixty dollar, one month supply of diet pills. After all, those before and after photos look great and they say it works. Or youre now the proud owner of the latest infomercial gadget that promises to wrap, buzz, sway, steam, lift, or glide you to slenderness. All too often you find its only useful for drying your clothes on. In our desperate quest to be skinny, we buy the strangest things. Next time youre hypnotized by a diet commercial, remember these red flags: 1) The product involved putting anything non-food into your body. Pills, potions, chemicals, herbs. None have been proven to cause substantial, permanent weight loss. 2) Promised results require the purchase of any special gadget at all. The only thing you really need for physical fitness is a good pair of walking shoes. 3) The program is based on unproven fads like food combining, forbidden foods, or magical effects of certain types of foods. 4) The advertising promotes use of a product but the small print explains that the plan requires drastic calorie restriction and exercise to get results – so why buy the product? 5) Outlandish or miraculous claims are made of rapid weight loss, changes in body shape, or weight loss from specific parts of the body. The fact is that 95% of diets fail and the constant search for a quick fix is a sure path to disappointment. The human body is naturally healthy and strong. It doesnt need potions and gadgets and certainly doesnt need starvation. Listen to your body. Give it the food it wants when its hungry and stop when its full. Move in ways that feel great. Play more. All of these are completely free and will create vibrant, natural, long-term health that expands and enriches life. The Rapidly Expanding Market of Subliminal Messaging

By Louisa Croft The numbers of consumers buying into products that contain subliminal messaging, such as audio tapes, DVDs and videos, and even the newest software products, are on the increase. I was intrigued at the reason why? Can so called normal people really buy into some phenomenon and have it change their life so simply, and how on earth does it work? If things like this really did work, then why do people still have issues with their weight or with being successful. I would have thought this be dictated by fate rather than some kind of fascinating product that claims to improve your way of life. So I looked into it and wanted to share some of my findings with the rest of the world, exclusive of the jargon that so many people have phased me with! This all started in the 1950s, with advertising firms using psychology within their advertising. Consumers were blissfully unaware until 1957 when research took place, and the results were made public by the media hype. The study showed invisible messages to unwitting film watchers in America to persuade them to make purchases that they had not intended to make, namely popcorn and coke from the cinemas snack section. Images and signals shown were not noticed by the movie goers, because the study claimed to bypass the conscious mind and use messages flickering so fast that they were only audible to the subconscious mind. The results were pretty phenomenal, when sales of coke and popcorn increased and the cinema stocks ran out greater interest was generated. Something that began as motivational research proved to be a great success and marketing companies invested in ways to channel this technology to everyday consumers. Arguments followed, and research continues even today regarding subliminal perception. You could agree that the 1957 research proved that subliminal messaging does work, but you could disagree that it proves that any kind of subliminal message works. Indeed strict controls are required in testing, and subsequent tests using different forms of subliminal stimulus have been inconclusive or fail to show any effects. Different forms of subliminal stimulus have been around for years, that tell us we can alter our lives and change that one habit that plagues us on a daily basis be it lack of confidence, lack of sex drive, negative thinking etc. We have seen subliminal messaging being promoted as a self-development tool, and we can buy them all over the place in the form of a book, audio tape, video or more recently the form of software. Of all the forms of subliminal self help available the fastest growing and one I found most viable is subliminal software. Purely because more and more of us are spending greater portions of our day in front of a PC for work or play. Also in order for the subliminal altering of ones perception to occur their concentration must be squarely gazed in the direction that the stimuli is occurring. Also The observer must be able to understand the messages without having to pause and think about them. Hence it is vital messages are in a language or lingo that people can relate to and quickly absorb. This is why software is growing choice because you can custom make messages in words and language that you understand. There is no shortage of subliminal software out there with two of the more popular and prominent software packages being Subliminal PC and Brain Bullet. How these two companies drive their product is by offering users the chance to affect their lives positively in the ways they want to improve all while devoting no extra time than what you already use in everyday PC use. To me, this seemed like the method that seemed a little more like it might work, if simply because so many of us work on our PC and concentrate on that alone without so many of the daily distractions we get when we are not working. It would seem that in our increasingly time deprived lives we can make more productive use of time we have already committed to and little by little erode our personal weaknesses and bolster our collective strengths. I did not, however, delve any deeper into this and would always encourage those seeking self-help to research any products before thinking about buying them. Based in the United Kingdom and still a young writer at 26 years old, Louisa Taberner Croft has been completing articles very recently as a part-time interest, although plans on pursuing her interest further as her creative and factual writing styles develop and become more established. With special thanks to http://www.subliminalpc.com and http://www.brainbullet.net for their information and references. Natural Remedies for Depression

By Kerry Ng There are many reasons why some people shun chemical cures for a variety of ailments and seek out natural remedies for depression as well as other conditions. Depression is one of medicines most frequently diagnosed ailments and the mortality rates for those with depression is almost four times higher than those without it. Before seeking out and experimenting with a natural remedy for depression, its important to know that you do, in fact, suffer from depression. A deficiency in Vitamin B12 has shown to cause effects which appear like depression. Some studies have indicated that Vitamin B12 can appear to be a natural remedy for depression when in fact the patient did not suffer depression, but a lack of B12. Some studies also suggest similar results for those with Vitamin C and Magnesium deficiencies. Its been noted that reduced serotonin is present in depression and that Vitamin C is the catalyst which transfers tryptophan in to serotonin. Similarly, magnesium levels have been shown to be lower in a person with depression than in a control group. Studies concluded that simply ingesting Vitamin C or magnesium reduced the symptoms of depression, but were not conclusive to be determined that depression was present to being with and cant conclude they should be used as a natural remedy for depression. Licensed in Germany and other European countries, St. Johns Wart is a top seller as a natural remedy for depression. How it reduces depression isnt fully understood, but some theorize that different complexes in the extract work together to help as a natural remedy for depression. Ginkgo, while not a first choice cure for depression has shown to be helpful for elderly patients whose response to traditional antidepressants is insufficient. Those treated with Gingko as a natural remedy for depression for a period of eight weeks saw the average Hamilton Depression Scale score drop from 14 to 7. In a control group which was given placebos, their score dropped one point. Physicians with a more nutritionally-based orientation towards treatment believe the natural remedy for depression are simply a good, balanced diet. They recommend against refined carbohydrates and a low sugar diet. This has shown helpful to those who suffer the symptoms of depression either in the morning, late afternoons or if they missed a meal. Remember, though, all practitioners recommend a proper diagnosis before any type of treatment. Kerry Ng is a successful Webmaster and publisher of The Natural Remedies Blog. Considering Surgery After Dieting

By Dennis Driscoll Dieting to some is like AA to alcoholic. The formation of Weight Watchers was formed on this very concept where weekly meetings are held holding its members accountable while providing a support group throughout the process. Unfortunately for some after reaching their ideal weight the problem arises of having loose skin and relaxed muscled in their abdomen area. With todays modern medicine a procedure known as the Tummy Tuck can reduce the amount of excessive skin and fat left in the abdomen area. The ideal patient for Tummy Tuck Surgery is a non-smoker and who is close to their ideal weight. Many patients develop a sense of well being and improved self esteem after having Tummy Tuck Surgery performed. Simultaneous tightening of the abdominal muscles resulting in a tighter, flatter abdomen after Tummy Tuck surgery has been performed is another benefit that affects many patients. Two well know procedures for the Tummy Tuck surgery are the Tummy Tuck and the Mini Tummy Tuck the difference being the lengths of the incision and the amount of the skin removed. Traditional Tummy Tuck Surgery Traditional Tummy Tuck surgery the skin is pulled downwards enough where it is necessary to reposition the belly button to keep it centrally located. Dramatic improvements in the abdominal are achieved while leaving a circular scar around the belly button. This procedure is recommended for most patients. Mini Tummy Tuck A Mini Tummy Tuck is designed to improve the area below the belly button removing subtle skin and excess fat. Unattractive scars from previous surgery such as a C-section can also be removed. Tightening of the muscles in smaller amounts below the belly button can be achieved however only a small percentage of patients qualify for this surgery and Traditional Tummy Tuck surgery is mostly performed. As with all surgeries there are certain risks and complications. In order to remove large amounts of skin and fat, long incisions are necessary. Possibilities of bleeding, infection slow healing wounds, skin necrosis or widening of scars. Patience may experience numbness of the lower abdomen which may not improve over time due to nerve damage caused by removal of excessive fat and skin. Dennis M. When Designing Postcards, Aim for “Refrigerator Door Mindshare”

By Martha Retallick If you want to design effective marketingpostcards, then aim for “Refrigerator Door Mindshare.” By this, I mean that you should create a card that someone would be proud to display on his or her refrigerator door. The image on the front of your postcard should be simple, but attractive. I?ve found that brightly colored cards pull a better response than dark, moody cards. Save your artistic angst for some other medium. You should also create an image that?s easily comprehended. Why? Because your recipients will only give your cards a one- or two-second glance before deciding to keep them or throw them away. Think billboard. A billboard must get its point across quickly?because people are driving by at high rates of speed. It also must be memorable. So, here’s a homework assignment, the next time you’re out and about, look at the billboards. Advertisers are paying good money to put them up, so why not use them as a source of free design ideas? Now, ask yourself a couple of questions: 1. Which billboards are memorable? 2. Which billboards are forgettable? You can also do the same thing with advertising you see in bus and train stations, or in airports. You may have noticed this when you’ve been sending postcards, or doing some other form of marketing. Your responders will fall into one of the following groups: 1. People who respond right away. 2. People who respond several weeks, months, or even years later. You may get a lot of “right away” responders, which is the desired result of most marketing activities, but you’ll still get replies from people who’ve saved your postcards. And “keeper cards” are a good thing. Why? Because if your recipients are keeping what you?re sending out, chances are good that they?ll eventually do business with you. It Begins with a Thought

By Pamela Simmons I had to go to the dentist today. Though I do love to have my teeth cleaned, this appointment was for removing and replacing a filling. This meant shots and drilling and numbness for hours and fatigue. Thoughts filled my mind while in the chair and it occurred to me that I could occupy my mind with constructive things or worry about what was happening. So I breathed deeply and did my best to relax and think in present tense of those things that I would like to be happening in my life. I remembered that what we tell ourselves and others becomes our reality, so it is important to think about what we want rather than what we do not want. I knew that thoughts and words reverberate and change the energy around us inviting what we think and say to come to us. Though I could not say anything with my mouth wide open much less while the drill was working, I could think productively. We say things to people all the time and what we say affects them. When we speak to our children, it is important to say those things we want to imprint on their minds and hearts. Here are some things that we can think and say that are important to impart. I want you. I love you. I’ll take care of you. I’ll be there for you. I love who you are. I appreciate your courage. I appreciate your creativity. I see you and hear you. You can trust your inner voice. I have confidence in you. You are special to me and I am proud of you. I give you permission to make mistakes. I give you permission to be the same as I am, or more than I am, or less than I am. I appreciate that you are unique and special. If these words were not spoken to us and we find ourselves doubting and feeling insecure, we can say them to ourselves out loud every day to reinforce what our parents would have said had they known. When people around us do not meet our emotional needs, we can still take care of ourselves by providing the information our hearts and minds need. Each of us has a little person inside that may have missed out on nurturing. Just as we want to nurture our children, we also need to nurture ourselves. No matter what adversity we face, it is easier to manage when our self talk calms and reassures us allowing the system to relax and generate more creative thinking. Whether in the dentist chair or another hot seat, words of affirmation and assurance bring us to a better state of well-being. This allows our bodies to heal better, our relationships to work better, our jobs to be more pleasant, and our daily tasks more joyful. It all begins with the thoughts that in turn lead to feelings and then the right words come out of our mouths. It is up to us to resonate our truth to others. Do we want that truth to be encouraging or discouraging, critical or affirming, hostile or enjoyable? It is in our power to make every moment one of potential and hope. Though I left the dentist chair with a little fatigue and a crooked smile, all is well because I chose to consciously observe my thinking and to create that which inspires me rather than dispirits me. Relationship Advice: The Law of Underwear

By Jeff Herring Have you ever noticed how we can be more rude to our partner than to a complete stranger? I know I have done it, and I’ve watched other people treat their partner in a way they would never even dream of treating a friend or even a total stranger. I think it starts with taking each other for granted. When we take someone for granted, we no longer begin to see them as a unique person with needs and wants ands hurt just like you and I. This why it takes so long for children to see their parents as real people separate from the role of parent. In a love relationship, when we begin to take someone for granted, we are no longer drifting apart, we are rushing apart. Appreciation heals One sure fire way to stop taking someone for granted is to appreciate them. Make a list of the things you appreciate about your partner. And then do two things with the list: 1. Keep it close to you, so yo can read it often, 2. Share the list with your partner. After you have been together for a while, it’s easy to slip into doing things you never would have done when you were dating. So don’t do things like hang around in your underwear, unless of course it’s sexy. Visit SecretsofGreatRelationships.com for tips and tools for creating and growing a great relationship.
